In late 2022, we conducted research to gain insight into how different marketing organizations are approaching modern team building coming out of the pandemic and heading into the future of work. We spoke with leaders from marketing teams, in-house agencies, and agencies to dig deeper into certain topics. We’re excited to share a few video clips that capture valuable perspectives on how to get work done more effectively and efficiently in the ever-evolving world of work.

Because the pandemic played such a huge role in expediting change in the work world, we started with each leader’s candid views on what the pandemic meant to their teams. Through a blend of ‘keeping it real’ and ‘finding the silver lining’ these three leaders persevered and came out stronger.
In the second episode, they discuss the approaches, benefits, and lessons they’ve learned associated with building teams that include an on-demand workforce.
Finally, we asked everyone to gaze into the proverbial crystal ball to see what’s required for marketing teams to be successful in the future of work.
