Our 2025 Team Up Research shows that the need for both growth and balance is real:
- 41% of freelancers say wellness and achieving balance are top areas they want to learn more about.
- 43% commit to courses and workshops to grow their skills.
- On the wellness front, freelancers rely on exercise, consistent sleep, and stress management techniques to maintain their health.
